On Thursday, February 10, 2022, the Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association as representative Plaintiff brought a Motion for an injunction to restrain named and unnamed Defendants from establishing a blockade, or in any way impeding access, to the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario.
